Return/refund Policy

Returns

Yonder Wheels offers our customers a 30-Day Money-Back return Guarantee (spare parts not included). To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received and be in it's original packaging containing all of it's contents.

To complete the return, we require receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us via email: help@yonderwheels.com or call us on +44 151 459 6923 

All returns must first be approved by a Yonder Wheels representative and then sent to:

Refunds

(Please note that all shipping costs are included with our e-scooter prices and are non-refundable. Refunds credited will be for the price of the e-scooter minus the original shipping fee.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received your returned item. In this email we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the account of the original payment method (minus shipping). This can take up to 5 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive your refund, it will be for the full cost of the item minus shipping.

If you are shipping an item with a value of over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Yonder Wheels Ltd cannot guarantee that your item will be received.
