Due to Covid-19 our couriers are experiencing extremely high volumes and reduced staff that has caused delays within their network. We are working hard to ensure all orders arrive in a prompt and timely manner.
We offer free UK & Northern Ireland shipping & delivery on all of our electric scooters. Due to Covid-19 and carrier restrictions deliveries may take longer than quoted on purchase. All electric scooters will be sent via a courier service of Yonder Wheels choice. Yonder Wheels reserves the right to change courier without notice.
All electric scooter deliveries will need to be signed for by either yourself, a person in your household or a neighbour.
If there is no one to sign for your e-scooter delivery then our chosen courier service will attempt to contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery or collection from the local depot.
If the delivery fails three times then the e-scooter will be returned to Yonder Wheels. Returned items will be added to our stock and your account will be credited for the e-scooter minus the fee charged by the courier for the return.
Yonder Wheels cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs incorrect shipping/delivery details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly.
The customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping/delivery details supplied at the point of order. If you think you may have entered incorrect delivery details please contact our customer service immediately with all order details including name, address, order number and contact details so that we can rectify the issues as quickly as possible.
